LaShana Lloyd is originally from Clio, South Carolina, but currently resides in Northern Virginia. She retired from the Army in 2015 after serving for 15 years. While serving in the military, LaShana earned her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management from Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, Missouri, and her Master’s of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from Trident University International in Cypress, California.
LaShana has faced, and conquered, many challenges in her life. However, one traumatic experience she faced was when she was blackballed from the military due to retaliation and being racially and sexually discriminated against because she was a black, Christian woman who refused to compromise her integrity or the ethics of who she was as a person, as a Soldier, and who she was to God. What caused LaShana to redirect her focus was when a complete stranger can up to her in the gym and gave me word of knowledge and prophecy from God about her purpose and calling in life.
After seeking God in prayer and fasting about this divine intervention encounter, God revealed to LaShana what He called her to do: to become a self-employed Christian author and speaker for women around the world who need help with encouragement and walking in their purpose. Because she was able to push through and overcome this painful part of her life, LaShana founded Faith Led Life and Faith Led Life Coaching, LLC in 2016, and is now walking in her purpose as a successful Christian author, writer, editor, blogger, speaker, and Christian life coach for women.
When it comes to impacting, LaShana’s mission is to prepare women by nourishing their souls with words that will lead them to or back to God with a passion driven purpose to inspire and encourage women to walk purposely in their calling while equipping them to receive God’s glory.
